Airist Audio x Massdrop R-2R DAC Audiophile RDAC Gently Used!

Up for auction is a gently used R-2R DAC from Massdrop. This type of DAC is known for its wonderful analog sound, making digital files and streams more engaging and fun to listen to. Cosmetically it is in excellent shape. Functionally, it works great, though if your room is really cold (like below 60°F), the DAC will take some time to turn on. Once on, it's works perfectly. Most R-2R DACs are meant to be left on all the time since the resistor ladder arrays need to reach a stable operating temperature in order to sound correct. Fwiw, I leave my other DACs on all the time. Comes with power adapter and original box. No USB cable but I'm including a 3 ft stereo RCA cable from Kabeldirekt (not pictured).
