    Description

Antique 10" Parsons Jackson Baby Doll Celluloid Biskoline Stork Mark Painted Eye
This is a sweet little doll and made of Biskoline a type of Celluloid.  It has a spring jointed body.  I think of it as a him, since he has lightly molded and painted hair and painted eyes.  The only damage he has is the right shoulder area of his body has a chip in the celluloid at the top of the shoulder socket area.  The arm shoulder joint cups over the body shoulder section.  But this little doll has a small chip in the top and the arm shoulder sometimes gets a little too high due to the chip, and the shoulder opening will show a little bit.  His legs are a little loose but they are spring held too so I don't know how to fix that.  Sometimes they will not hold a pose if gravity is working against it.
He is wearing a little vintage cotton flannel gown and baby diaper.  The ribbon at the neck is missing on one side.
