Antique 1920's Flapper Girl 7" Celluloid Kewpie Doll Japan

Just under 7"
Homemade clothes. It is wrapped in what looks like toilet paper dress.
The Material underneath also
looks to be home made it looks to be in great condition. I did not want to take the toiletpaper clothes off to check.
I believe it says "Made in Occupied Japan" on the back I had to look at it under a lighted strong magnifier
