Antique Japanese Hanging Scroll White Dragon Beautiful Cheerful Face 1890-1920

I am not certain of the origin or age of this piece after many searches and translation of the writing and signature on the back (see photos) I found an accurate description of sorts and a tentative age of late 1800’s early 1900’s. The scroll itself seems very very old and fragile with some separation in the folds, but the colors are solid and the subject matches with the time frame (the height of the geisha), similar ones in better condition. Sell for hundreds of dollars sometimes into the low thousands, but I just want this antique, fragile survivor to be SAVED. She needs to finish her very long lifetime displayed and loved, not rolled up in the dark for another century. I am pricing this at the lowest end I’ve found similar ones go for and as always am open to offers.
