Description

This
is a collection of 80+ pieces of mosaic tiles hand cut from a vintage Royal China USA Currier & Ives piece. It features a pink and white or pale red and white transferware pattern on ironstone. The scene is a steamboat with a family in the foreground. The rim is decorated in leaves and acorns.
This collection is includes a larger focal piece of the family and steamboat horses measuring approximately 1 3/4” x 2 1/4”.
The pieces are hand cut to appropriate 1/2” to 1” (see ruler in photos for size comparison, not included with the tiles☺️). A
verage thickness is approximately 1/8” to 1/4”. Tiles lay mostly flat. Tiles are not square. They are as shown, in irregular, various shapes.
There is some crazing on these pieces, no browning.

These tiles will arrive carefully packaged.
