    Here is an awesome preamplifier from Cello, the Palette. It features tone controls and an external power supply. This version has a 220V power supply. If you want to use it on 120V, you can get a step-up transformer and it will work fine. It is in good cosmetic condition. The top left corner of the faceplate is slightly bent. It works perfectly and sounds fantastic.

Maximum output: 8V RMS (single-ended), 16V RMS (balanced). Input impedance: 1 megohm (single-ended only). Output impedance: 150 ohms.
