This is a small/miniature sized celluloid boy doll measuring just 3" H x 1" W with a painted on blue green hat and a red painted outfit with a gold bow.
He shows use/wear consistent with his age such as fading of the paint on his hat and outfit and light wear to his body as shown in the photos.
His arms and legs are still strung together.
The raised mark on the back of his neck I think suggests that he was made in Japan.
He would be a great addition to your celluloid doll collection!
