Up for auction is a wonderful Celluloid Dutch Boy Rattler. Excellent condition with a bit of wear to the blue paint. It is embossed - the maker is Sametz.   It comes from my persoanl collection that I have acquired over a thirty year period. All items are well packaged and fully insured.
