    4-terminal Kelvin connection measurement of chip parts becomes possible.
    One touch mounted on the measuring terminal part of the DE - 5000 main unit.
    Main Specifications
    · One-touch attachment / detachment method, measurement +/- polarity display, with banana jack for guard
    · 4-wire Kelvin connection (gold plating finish at connecting part with measuring instrument main body)
    · Cable: about 60 cm long, 4 wire shielded wire
    · Measurement flow (tweezers): Approximately 12.5 cm (Contact part is gold plated finish)
    · Opening interval of probe tip: Approximately 1 cm (maximum 1.5 cm)
