How to exchange Carbon Brushes Three steps to exchange carbon brush Please find the carbon brush port on both side of the grinder. Please rotate the nut counterclockwise with a slotted screwdriver till the little carbon brush loose enough to take out. Put your new carbon brush into the port, and tighten the nut clockwise. Tips: Sometimes the grinder machine is not working without any performance such as bad smell or smoke. Please don't worry and cut off the power. Check whether the CARBON BRUSHES are loosing, please tighten them then try to start the grinder.
