Operation Step
1: Prepare raw materials(like soybean). if it is not dry, please dry It first.
2: Pour into the Crusher.
3: Close the lid
4: Turn on (soybean need about 30s. Swing crush makes it fine)
5: Pour out crushed raw materials
6: Finish.
Suitable materials
Crushed whole grains, such as soybeans, millet, black rice, corn and so on;
Ordinary Chinese medicine, such as Ginseng, Astragalus, donkey-hide gelatin, gastrodia and so on;
Fat materials, such as Sesame, peanut, walnut;
With fiber materials, such as metal maple bucket, Ganoderma lucidum and so on.
Technical Parameters
Precautions for Use:
The smashing materials should keep dry, no moisture and grease.
When it starts up,please shut off the power supply immediately if the blade is stuck by the smashing materials and the motor does not run (buzzing noise occurs) to avoid burning the motor, and then remove the blocks, check the fuse and restart the machine.
Usually smash the hard medicines into powder for a minute. Do not continuously operate the machine for a long time, you can use this machine in interval.
Do not clean the machine with water, you can clean the machine by cloth or brush.
During using, do not open the upper cover or put your hands.
You must shut off the power supply if the motor does not run.
Kindly Note
1. The crushed goods should not exceed two-thirds of the crushing bins;
2. Can not be used continuously for a long time, each time can not exceed 8 minutes;
3. Do not activate the switch when the top cover is open;
4. Do not wash the crushing bin with water;
5. Long-term use of blades is severely worn and needs to be replaced regularly;
6. Please check if the blade is loose before use;
