● In order to maximize the characteristics of 300B, the bare characteristics of each circuit including the output transformer have been improved, and on top of that, the cathode feedback to 300B by the dedicated tertiary winding of the output transformer and the feedback of only the voltage amplification stage are extremely possible. By adopting a stable local NFB and reducing the amount of NFB in the overall, deterioration of transient characteristics is suppressed.
● A bias power supply is prepared separately, and a "new active auto bias" method is adopted that detects the plate current and automatically adjusts the negative voltage of the grid.
● The voltage amplification stage has an orthodox configuration and takes advantage of the good characteristics of the vacuum tube. Especially, the second stage is 12AU7 (ECC82) parallel, and a non-clip driver with 200Vp-p capability is configured to drive 300B firmly.
● In a circuit with a mixture of direct heat pipes and indirect heat pipes, the warm-up time differs greatly, and the direct heat pipe (300B) that starts up first is burdened.
● Headphone output can be set in 4 steps according to the sensitivity of the headphones.
● For capacitors that have a large effect on sound quality, conductive polymer hybrid electrolytic capacitors and polypropylene film capacitors are often used, and for those who want to replace them with various coupling capacitors, a space is secured for mounting large types.
