Here are an adorable pair of mother and daughter, antique celluloid, Royal family dolls for your antique foreign dolls collection. This  extremely pretty, 5 1/2" tall,

embodies the best of this manufacturer's line of provincial, souvenier type dolls.
With her early, finely embroidered,
red velvet
costume with long sleeves and
magnificent
gold
and antique sequin trim
she has jointed arms and slender legs with molded and painted, ribbed socks and black shoes (see illustrated photo) as well as a padded chest, a wide, stiff  pleated collar and elaborate antique lace and ribbon and traditional  French, ribbon trimmed headdress covering her long, light brown curly hair. She has the most detailed, molded and painted features with intaglio blue eyes, nose and mouth details and lovely complexion with blushed cheeks. In addition, she has a magnificent embroidered saatin apron and panties. She holds her tiny (similarly dressed) infant daughter in one arm and is in extremely good condition with no holes or tears, no damages or repairs, no stains or fading and no odors as she is from a smoke free home.
