German? RARE 11" Celluloid Standing Frozen Charlie type BOY Doll BL Glass Eyes

I will be adding A LOT Of dolls this month, all from an estate collection for a friend, and most bagged, kept stored for years by owner. Do check back as I add them daily!
THIS LISTING:
This is a VERY unusual early celluloid /plastic doll that unfortunately has NO makers mark but is reminiscent of the Schildkrot dolls of Germany. It is made of a good sturdy celluloid/plastic with no issues other than fading of shoes/socks a bit and wear of the cord that holds arms in. the cord will need replacing, although if you dress the doll with sleeves that might NOT be an issue. Molded straight legs head and torso with moving arms.
I am a doll doctor but have not attempted to restring this as I am busy listing a HUGE inventory for a friend right now. Once we get rolling I will be seeing if I can restring arms like these on several loose celluloids, it is quite tricky which is why most folks sell as is.
He has NO makers mark I can find after a thorough search but has that look of turn of the century Frozen Charlies imo. The style of strapped shoes and face painting, along with the hair style is also leaning towards antique German porcelain boy dolls in look.  I feel with those blown glass eyes he is PROBABLY made in Germany. Date unknown. But just the COOLEST looking boy doll with abs etc! NOT a baby doll, he would be outstanding in a Lord Fauntleroy type outfit!
He stands around 11" tall. with a vintage outfit he would be quite the display doll. Clean, no issues SUPER NICE! As I can NOT find out who made him, despite an extensive online search, I am pricing him by approx age, condition and appearance.
