RETURN POLICY
We operate a 30 day return period. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please call us
within 30 days of receipt
. Items must be returned with all original packaging and included items within 10 business days of RA number issuance and with the RA clearly marked on the box. Items that are not returned in original, resalable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We will exchange a defective unit for the same unit (if available). If your purchase is incompatible with your setup, or you simply do not like your purchase, we will exchange for an alternative item or store credit less eBay and shipping fees. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, including a reasonable ship cost calculated into free US shipping best offer prices.
