Full tube circuit using 3 stages of 12AX7, the HGP-1 is described as a “Hyper Instrument Processor", the distortion and overtones change variously depending on the combination of various knobs such as EQ. It can be used not only as a tube preamplifier for electric guitars but also as a processor for adding overtones such as a synth enhancer. Due to its structure, it is easy to maintain for upgrading as well as replacing the vacuum tube.
