I work in the high end restaurant business- sooner or later everyone walks thru our doors!
Two years ago Coach Pop made a reservation for 6 ppl
When he was in town playing the Bucks
He is a famous wine collector who likes to take his coaches out to high end dinners
He showed up with them- including Tim Duncan and Becky Hammon
I assisted the waiters and took care of them all night
At the end, he offered me a large amount of cash as a tip
I said Coach, thanks but I would rather you signed this ball for me- he smiled and said how about both? and signed it!
Too bad Duncan and Hammon had already left but he is a SUPER NICE GUY AND ONE OF THE BEST NBA COACHES EVER!
