This Authentic Japanese scroll was painstakingly handmade by a Master artisan using Premium grade superior quality. It is used in the various schools of the Nichiren Shu religious sects for chanting and recitations of the Buddhist Sutras. It measures approximately
6 feet (Six feet) long by 22" inches
wide and is gargantuan in size.
The scroll is composed of navy blue Japanese brocade and silk fabric with golden Lotus embroidery, combined with a Royal red brocade bearing the Mandarin Orange emblem once used by the ancestral family of
Nichiren Daishonin.  Two decorative ribbons hang on the top and an adjustable cord is attached for hanging. It is in excellent condition with no signs of wrinkling or damage in the white paper center. Please view the photos for reference.
This Japanese Kakejiku scroll is classified in the Nichiren religion as "
Ippen Shu-dai no Go Honzon wa
" (English: The Object of Worship with Singular Daimoku Title).
The main title of the Lotus Sutra is featured by the scroll. It was inscribed manually by scholar artisan in the 46th Year of The Emperor Showa (1971) by the Buddhist Priest of the Nichiren Sect, Mr. Ito Hayase (Deceased). This calligraphy style is taken similar to the image of the so-Called Dai Gohonzon of Taisekiji Head Temple and boasts superior artistic calligraphy with the enlarged and much longer and extended brush strokes (Japanese: Komyo—Ten) which are said to piously represent illumined rays of Sunlight.
The middle grand portion of the scroll is made of traditional White Mulberry Paper (Japanese Washi Paper). Please kindly take into the sentimental consideration that this is an heirloom piece.

A religious inscription in the middle reads:
南  無  妙  法  蓮  華  経
(Chinese: Namo Miao Fa Lian Hua Jing)
(Japanese Kanji: Namo Myoho Renge Kyo)
(English: Devotion to the Mystic Law of the White Lotus Sutra)
The scroll is in immaculate condition without any signs of stains or odors. The end wooden rolls are capped with a 22K karat gold plated hand carved metal ornaments. The backside is a navy lining fabric filled with heavenly cloud patterns. It is a magnificent piece of Japanese artwork that is ready to be hung in any sacred place for your pleasure or worship. A bubble wrap with royal Purple velvet fabric shall be provided for the protection of this item in transit.
