Here is a Jeff Rowland BPS-1 power supply. It is being SOLD AS-IS. The unit’s front panel lights do not turn on when power is applied to the unit. The two internal batteries are stuck inside and would not budge. After leaving the unit plugged in for several days, 1 battery measures 12V the other measures 4V. It is in good cosmetic condition. There is a small scratch on the front faceplate.
