With Box, Manual and original warranty card.
Excellent working condition.
In simple terms, what this does is remove any distortion caused by your Amplifier & Preamp.
In more complex terms, Kinergetics designed this because all parts in a stereo system, even passive items, can cause distortion. The Kinergetics circuit is able to determine what distortion in the circuit and cancel it out.
It actually makes a noticeable difference when I did an A/B with this hooked up/removed from my stereo system.
It's a simple hookup, it's essentially a go between for your amp and preamp.
It does require a 120v wall outlet as a power source.
