    ITEM DESCRIPTION:
    This is a fully functional LCR Meter - I have checked it against L/C/R Standards, and a Calibrated LCR Meter.

    Cosmetically its a solid 9 - 10 and that is being conservative. The protective wrap is still on the 745 and as such there are no scratches dings, or other detracting cosmetic features. If you wish, simply remove the protective wrap, and you will have a LCR Meter which looks perfect in every regard.
