Mcintosh MX-150 Room Perfect Home Theater Processor.

Description

Up for sale is a gently used Mcintosh Mx-150. This is in great unit and build like an absolute tank as you would expect from Mcintosh. I am selling because I have finally acquired enough 4K/Atmos capable sources that I needed a new processor if I am to take advantages of the newer formats. If you are looking at this I am assuming you are familiar with this model It is capped at 1080P video due to its age, but still serves as an excellent 2ch/surround preamp with Mcintosh Room Perfect technology that far surpasses the more common Audyssey systems out there. A few years back I was having an intermittent HDMI control issue with this an my Xfinity box that I could not resolve so I just ended up connecting that and my Blu-Ray player directly into my TV and then ran an optical from my TV (for smart apps and xfinity audio) back to this and multichannel RCA from my MVP-891 Blu-Ray player back to this. From then on the HDMI was really only used ocassionally for game systems running through here and on screen setup menus. This comes with original double box/room perfect microphone, the remote is a modern HR85 style remote and aftermarket XLR mic cable/mic stand. Original remote was lost and I had an automation system controlling everything, but I purchased the HR-85 remote I am including from Mcintosh last year so this would be complete to sell. I will ship this out through UPS to anywhere in the lower 48 states or through the eBay international shipping program.
