Shipping:
Free shipping with tracking info. Your item will be delivered by your country's postal system. (Canada Post in Canada, La Poste in France etc.) Deliveries can take up to 2 weeks to Europe.
For USA, Germany, France and Australia deliveries we will be using UPS Global Express saver since cheaper options are not available from Turkey. You will receive your package in 4-5 business days in these countries. Additional shipping charges for these regions are .99 per Oud gigbag
Returns:
In the event you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept your return for a full refund. You can send the item back to us in Turkey or to our warehouse in the US.
