Here is a wonderful, matching pair, of all original and
labeled
, 15 inch tall, fine antique, fully jointed celluloid,
socket head
, lady and gentleman, court dolls from
France.
She wears her original and detailed, crimson red velvet and white satin, fitted ball gown with gold metallic, white lace and sequin trim with
stiff petticoat beneath
and
has her matching red purse still tied to one wrist with gold ribbon to match the one around her neck. She

Her long slender legs have molded and painted, ribbed white socks and black shoes with flat soles.
And s
he has beautiful, thick brown wavy hair, gorgeous blue eyes with highlights, long eyelashes, tiny beauty spot on her cheek, soft smiling lips and wonderful complexion. Her
fantastically attired,
gentleman companion has brown eyes and is outfitted in a splendid, matching crimson red velvet, stiffly lined, long fitted jacket with lots of gold metallic trim, thick white lace cuffs and ascot, long fitted, white satin shirt, silver buttons, matching red velvet breeches tied at the knees with red satin ribbon, matching ribbon rosettes and red velvet hat with white feather plumes that cover his fabulously long, wavy wig, white stockings and black shoes with rosettes. He carries a long jewel encrusted staff in one hand.
Both dolls are in near mint perfect condition with no fading or stains, no chips or cracks, no repairs and no odors as they are from a smoke free home. Last photo shows a pair of similar, smaller dolls that are NOT included and
listed separately.
