Payment is expected within 48 Hours at the end of Auction. We offer a 3 day return policy. The buyers have 3 days from when they receive the item to check it. If the item is not as described, we will send a replacement if we have the item in stock, or we will refund your payment. Buyer must email us before sending any item back. Hawaii, Alaska, and International buyers please e-mail us before bidding to get your shipping quote.

If your item is damaged in transit, let us know within 3 days of receiving your item and we will file the claim with UPS. Please do not discard any packaging material as this will void the claim. Please include your name and telephone number when emailing us as we need it to process the claim. As soon as we get the approval from UPS, we will refund your payment and shipping charges.
