You are bidding on a Sony NEX Bayonet E Mount to Olympus Trinocular
Dovetail camera port Adapter for taking photographic pictures via your Sony  mirror-less Interchangeable Lens Camera (ILCE) using the APS-C sensor as shown in the pictures below.
Similar to model U-CMAD3 but port diameter is significantly larger thus  eliminating picture framing.
This is the item you are purchasing. An Olympus Microscope Dovetail camera adapter to a Sony NEX Bayonet mount via T2 tube to Olympus  dovetail.  The Adapter is set up to connect ALL Sony Mirror-less cameras utilizing an E mount. In particular the NEX or Sony ILCE cameras with APS-C sensor as listed below.
Attached to a  Sony NEX MILC Digital camera using an E mount.  The T2 tube allows for correct focal length. The screw  allow for the addition of a 1.25 inch telescope eyepieces for  projection magnification as an added option.
Attached to a Sony NEX Mirror-less camera utilizing an E mount.

This is an Olympus 42mm dovetail microscope mount. The diameter at the widest point is (51mm  diameter).
The camera adapter (42mm diameter) being inserted into an Olympus microscope          dovetail.
This is a  picture of a Sony alpha NEX Series camera with                the lens removed to show the E mount used on all NEX Series which                is a three lug bayonet style mount.
