Power cord, owner's manual.  No factory packing, but this has been packed to ensure safe transit and delivery.
Notes:
8/10 condition with an abrasion on top rear left of the unit, some scuffs on top rear center of the unit, right lower corners slightly scratched.  Front of the amplifier is perfect, and overall the condition is quite good.  All inputs/outputs tested, and the amplifier is sonically perfect.
