Our History
Victoria was founded in 1939. We are a three-generation family business located in Medell�n, Colombia. The founder Ra�l Mej�a was 16 years old when he decided to start a small business in the foundry industry. He crafted his first products: metallic toy soldiers and decorative crosses. After perfecting the art of casting, Ra�ls passion for cooking and fresh foods lead him to create Victoria Cast Iron Cookware.

Very Important Before First Use
Grind 1 to 2 Cups of cheap dried beans to prepare the grinding plates. Discard the first preparation millings before starting your actual milling.
This Grain grinder is made of cast iron and is tin-plated, to take care of the mill, you need to follow these steps:
Clean every separate piece of the grinder.
Dry them very well till you eliminate the moisture
Apply a thin oil layer to every piece, specially to the pieces that come into contact with food
