Vintage 10" Dutch Boy Doll Celluloid Head Marked 'VH' Holland

10" Dutch boy Doll has Wooden shoes, Blond painted hair, blue eyes, red lips. Sweet face!
Marking on neck is 'VH' which is slanted and connected. I found a reference to Dovina Dolls, Rotterdam, Holland which made regional dressed dolls with head marked VH.
Black three piece suit; pants, vest & Jacket. jacket has 6 'buttons'  White and blue striped shirt has red
collar
with two
metal
buttons at neck, shirt has some stains, see pictures. Vest is pinned to body, pants sewn to vest. Body is red cloth stuffed with sawdust (?) Head, arms and legs are Celluloid, shoes are wood. Metal rosette and chain at waist. Legs and arms are attached with disc, see picture of arm.
Doll stand included.
