Vintage 8” Celluloid Doll, Paybanne Qubec, Sleepy Blue Eyes, Original Outfit

Description

Vintage 8” doll. She is celluloid with mold lines. She has jointed arms, sleepy open and shut blue eyes, with hand painted details and a red disk base so she can stand. She has a paper tag on her skirt that says Paybanne Quebec. Her slip is lace trimmed under her wool skirt. Her sheer apron and polka dot blouse have lace trim, as does her bonnet. The hat and her neck have black ribbon bows. Her stitched shoes are leather or leatherette.
She measures approximately 8" tall. Her right sleeve has some faint staining and her blond hair is a little disheveled. Please see our photos as they are part of the description.
It looks like she is a particular nationality, but we couldn't figure it out. Maybe you know?
