Vintage Carnival Doll, Celluloid, Frozen Legs, 6" Tall Incl. Hat

Description

This is an adorable celluloid carnival prize doll
. She has a nice stiff lacy white overskirt with a
with a big pink rose in the front and
light blue skirt underneath. She's also wearing a big lacy hat with flowers attached. She has a beaded necklace and one earring (the other earring is missing). She has jointed arms and frozen legs with little molded red shoes and white socks, little pink rosebud lips, and big wide open eyes. The doll herself measures 5", but overall she measures 6" if you include her hat.
She's in great vintage condition, she's clean, her arms are secure, her body is all intact, and her clothes are in great shape. Her missing earring is her only noticeable flaw. Her tummy is also pushed in, but you can't see that unless you look all the way under her skirt.
She is marked on her back "Made in Japan", probably made in the 1940's.
