For your consideration is a vintage doll marked Anili, Made In Italy...there is a symbol on her back, with a heart inside, and her markings...I think it is made of celluloid, or a lighter weight plastic....I am not sure what to call it...... she doesn't feel really light like some celluloid dolls..so please be aware, that she may not be celluloid, but it is lighter than plastic......she is fully jointed...I have never heard of this maker before, but from what I found on the doll reference page, it was made in Italy by the Anili Doll Company which was founded by Anili Scavini , the daughter of Elena Scavini, the founder of Lenci dolls...they made Lenci like dolls and also celluloid dolls...she is about 16"....she does show a little wear..her stringing isn't too bad.....maybe a tad loose, but not bad....her eyes are stationary, and I am not sure if they are made of glass or plastic, it is hard to tell...she does have some blush rubbed off of her cheeks, especially her right one....she has a few marks/scuffs/scratches on her legs from play wear....she has a mohair wig which is a bit messy.....her dress could be original..it is made of felt...it does show some wear...the bow has come apart in the front....she also has felt bows in her hair..I did not see any splits/cracks..there is however a little piece of plastic/plug on her bottom,  and you can see a gap there..not sure if this was done in the making and how she was made......she has some type of slip or shirt underneath her dress...it does have some soiling on it..she is not wearing any panties or shoes, or socks..she does not have any offensive odors................I do combine shipping, but the larger the box, since they charge by dimensions now, the more it will cost...I will try to figure out the best price...sometimes if you send in two smaller boxes, it is cheaper.............if you pay for one item and are still bidding, I cannot combine shipping costs because I offer one day shipping, and the items have to be sent out in one day, so please wait to pay until you are all finished bidding..........doll stands are not included.....I'm sorry I do not end auctions early or do a buy it now when I have them listed as an auction style listing...I do not offer partial refunds..because of a bad experience with a machine shredding an expensive doll outfit, I do not send anything in envelopes or padded envelopes....I always ship in boxes..thank you for understanding......International buyers please note that the cost to ship internationally has gone up considerably because of the recent USPS rate hike, even first class shipping.......please contact me for a shipping quote.....I only ship USPS....the further you live from Pennsylvania, the more the shipping costs..I have no control over this...any complaints on shipping, please contact USPS.
