LOT #2: (WE HAVE TWO AVAILABLE) -- THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE BOX:
We were told that these were made around 1900 (+ or -) by the Singer Sewing Machine Company and were made for their Egyptian Model Sewing Machine.  They would hold sewing machine attachments as shown.
**  The box measures about 6-1/2" by 3-3/8" by 3-3/8".
It has an intriguing fold-out design that opens so that you can fold it out to access the tools inside.
We don't know too much about the sewing machine parts but you will receive all you see in the pictures.
The box is marked "P
atented 1889 February 19".
It is in good antique condition -- no damage and it opens and closes easily -- quite a few scratches on the outside from over 100 years in use -- the velvet covering on the inside is dirty and worn -- so the box is solid but could use a refinishing and new velvet or you can display it in it current condition.
A nice addition to your collection to display.
