The Wayne Kerr 65120B/D1 Precision Impedance Analyzer with DC Bias (Unipolar) and Non-Isolated Bin Handler provides precise and fast testing of components at frequencies up to 120 MHz and a basic measurement accuracy of ±0.05%.
