Description

Yale Residential YH Collection Heavy Duty Double Cylinder Deadbolt with Kwikset KW1 keyway cylinder and adjustable backset radius corner latch in Antique Nickel (US 15A or 620) finish.  This is a heavy duty ANSI Grade II deadbolt, not a cheap piece of junk.  These locks come keyed 6 pin for added pick and bump resistance.  This is a great heavy duty deadbolt that can be rekeyed to any standard Kwikset key.  It has concealed inside screws (see 3rd photo) for added security.  If ordering more than one lock, the locks will be shipped keyed alike in sets of up to 3 locks, unless specified otherwise, with up to a total of up to 6 keys (2 per lock).  If you would prefer locks keyed differently, please let me know by email when ordering.
Double Cylinder deadbolts are illegal in some parts of the country due to a potential fire hazard.  It is your responsibility to check local codes regarding their use.  They should never be used on any door that is close to sleeping areas or in situations that may prevent emergency egress in hazardous situations.  When used, you should leave a key in the inside cylinder of any lock near bedroom areas or the kitchen.  Check your local codes before ordering to make sure use will not violate local or state laws.
