*Kita Busei 喜多 武清 (1776~1857)：
江戸後期の画家。名は武清,字は子慎。号は可庵,五清堂,鶴翁。谷文晁について画を学んだ。壮年のころ一派を形成して名を挙げ,「画を乞う者門に満つ」といわれた。また読本の挿絵を数多く描き,代表作に山東京伝作『優曇華物語』(1804)の挿絵がある。81歳で没し,江戸の清林寺に葬られた。弟子に柴田是真らがいる。
*Pathetic Tale of Kogo :
Kogo was Takakura emperor's favorite mistress.This scene shows Kogo who lives in humble house secretly and visting Minamoto no Nakakuni in harvest moon.Minamoto no Nakakuni was a retainer of Takakura emperor,in this scene Minamoto no Nakakuni tries to tell emeror's message to Kogo by his flute.Because she was expeled from palace by Taira no Kiyomori.
